Position: Cafe Manager
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the cafe, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
Train and supervise cafe staff, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to company policies.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste.
Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the food service industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of basic business operations and financial management.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
