OUR FACILITIES:
Our company employs almost 400 staff, across Australia. Our main manufacturing and operations base is located at YATALA in Queensland (between the Gold Coast and Brisbane). We are only a 10 minute drive North of Dreamworld on the M1 Motorway.
THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Head Chef, the successful candidate will provide hands-on assistance in the following key areas:

THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Head Chef, the successful candidate will provide hands-on assistance in the following key areas:
- Assisting in food preparation – with a strong emphasis on hygiene and appropriate food safety
- Facility cleaning and maintenance – ensuring the highest standards
- Customer service and Point of Sale – engaging with our team and their daily needs
- Assisting with stock, to ensure produce, bought-in goods are received, checked and stored appropriately
- Compliance with all company and statutory Workplace Health and Safety guidelines and legislation
SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL ALSO HAVE
- Current driver's license and own reliable transport - a must.
- Must be available to work between 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Candidates interested in helping out with additional hours to cover team absences will be highly regarded.
- Previous Barista experience - highly regarded.
- Very good written and interpersonal communication skills – a must.
- A great attitude to work, helping others and servicing customers to very high standards.
- A detailed and current resume with at least 2 recent referees (must be immediately contactable).
- Previous kitchen, café or hospitality experience – highly regarded.
- Food Safety certifications will be highly regarded.
- Candidates must be entitled to work in Australia on a full-time basis.
