The opportunity
As a Café Attendant, you will assist in the daily operations of our hospital cafe. This will involve preparation and selling of coffee, tea and other beverages along with basic food preparation in a prompt, friendly and efficient manner.
To ensure our high-quality standards are maintained, this role will see you responsible for maintaining cleanliness in line with required food safety, infection control and hospital standards.
Your duties will also include:
Cleaning and sanitising workstations and food court areas;
Providing fast, friendly and exceptional customer service;
Display a strong level of team commitment whilst also having the ability to work autonomously where required;
Your Skills and Experience
Your ability to prioritise tasks effectively will assist with your excellent time management skills.
Previous Experience within the hospitality industry, in particular a fast-paced café setting
Barista experience desirable
Experience in food and beverage preparation
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required
Ability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts on a rotating roster
Cash handling experience

Requirements
Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
