We are currently looking for a Cafe Manager to be part of our team and manage multiple venues.
What do the positions involve:
* Full time permanent position, with a minimum 38 hours per week;
Key responsibilities
A successful candidate will be able to perform the following duties:
* Organise and control the daily operations of the multiple cafes under the group.
* Planning and setting up menus in consultation with chefs and management.
* Hiring, training and supervising staff
* Managing and coordinating all events and functions
* Handling guests requests in a genuine and professional manner.
Selection Criteria:
To be eligible for the position, the following qualifications are necessary:
- At least 3 years of Manager experience in Cafe or Restaurant
- Positive Attitude, Enthusiastic, Outgoing, Efficient
- Effective Time Management
- Computer Skills (Words, Excel, Outlook)
