At the Margaret River KoffeeWorks, we are seeking our next superstar to lead us to our goal with our Cafe team.
It is an operational role that hinges on your ability to provide amazing customer experiences, advancing our goal of becoming the Ultimate Coffee Destination.
Our Restaurant Manager duties include:
- Manage care operations, staff and customer service delivery
- Creating and planning menus with our Cook
- Stock control and orders according to budget
- Ensuring hygiene standards are kept within the Café/Restaurant
- Great quality customer service
- Taking orders, greet guests and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification or equivalent work experience (at least three years)
- Must be able to work both Weekdays as Weekends
While we understand that coffee is a serious business, we don't like to take ourselves too seriously. So having fun and enjoying ourselves is key to ensuring our team morale is high.
