Must has at least 4 Years Experiences as a Cafe & Restaurant Manager
Participate in meetings with Franchise Managers during their shop visits to review and analyse the cafe and restaurant performance.
Coordinate the procurement and pricing of products from suppliers.
Manage supplier invoices and ensure timely payment.
Maintain the dining facilities to comply with health regulations, ensuring they are clean, functional, and aesthetically appealing.
Collaborate with the council's inspector to address any workplace health and safety (WHS) non-compliance issues, implementing necessary requirements and conducting follow-up meetings until compliance is achieved.
Plan menus in consultation with the Franchise consultant during franchise meetings, with menu updates scheduled every six months.
Make decisions and engage in discussions with the Franchise consultant regarding pricing for food and beverages to be featured on the upcoming menu.
Introduce new food items to the staff and conduct training sessions with the cooks in preparation for menu launches.
Engage with customers to evaluate their satisfaction with meals and service, and make improvements as needed.
Oversee the recruitment, selection, training, and supervision of both waiting and kitchen staff.
Be responsible for managing reservations, welcoming guests, and assisting with order-taking.
Create and assess staff schedules on a weekly basis to ensure that labor expenses remain within 38% of total sales.
Address and resolve any concerns or inquiries received from Centre Management, if applicable.
