Your Responsibilities:
As a Cafe Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our cafe. Your responsibilities will include:
(a) Overseeing all aspects of cafe operations: Manage day-to-day operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
(b) Developing and implementing growth strategies: Drive profitability and growth by developing and executing effective strategies.
(c) Maintaining high standards: Ensure that the cafe maintains high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness at all times.
(d) Building a motivated team: Foster a positive work environment by building and leading a motivated and cohesive team. Provide training and guidance as necessary to ensure team success.
(e) Encouraging exceptional customer service: Create a welcoming atmosphere and encourage exceptional customer service among staff.
(f) Managing budgets: Effectively manage budgets, and implement cost-effective measures to optimise profitability.
(g) Creativity in beverage and dessert design: Utilize your creativity to design delicious and visually appealing drinks and desserts that complement the aesthetics of our cafe. Passion for coffee and knowledge of coffee brewing methods is essential.
(h) Additional duties: Carry out any other duties as directed by the Employer from time to time.
