Cafe Manager

Position: Café Manager (Full-time)

Work Hours: 40 hours per week, must have  flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.

Commencing 29th January 2024 

Salary: $65,000-$70,000 per year plus super. (Depend on skills and experience) 

Team Management:

• Manage a team of approximately 15 people.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Ensure efficient tracking and management of café inventory.
• Implement systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
• Collaborate with suppliers to maintain a consistent supply of high-quality ingredients.

Staff Management:

• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment-
• Solid communication skills and ability to motivate and ensure all staff adhere to a safe mental environment. 
• Schedule shifts and manage employee performance.

Quality Control:

• Ensure that food and beverages meet quality standards.
• Regularly inspect the cleanliness and organization of the café- Deep cleaning
• Implement measures to address customer feedback and enhance overall quality- we want this to be a place people speak about in a positive way and have an exceptional experience
• Must have relevant experience in australia. 

Financial Management:

• Monitor and manage the café's financial performance.
• Develop and adhere to budgets.
• Implement cost-control measures while maintaining quality.

Marketing and Promotions:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract customers- Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook 
• Plan and implement promotions and events to drive business.
• Utilize social media and other platforms to enhance the café's visibility.

This position requires a candidate with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Experience in the food and beverage industry, as well as a background in business and financial management, would be beneficial. The ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions is essential for success in this role.
