This position is for Afternoon & Evening Shift Restaurant Manager.
We are currently seeking a seasoned, passionate Café and Restaurant Manager to join our team. This position requires a hands-on approach, exceptional leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of quality and exceptional service, while focusing on operating a profitable new restaurant operating under same successful company.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborating with Chefs to plan and develop menus, taking into account factors such as seasonal availability and product quality.
· Planning, organising, and executing special functions and events.
. Dealing and negotiating with suppliers
· Managing purchasing and pricing of goods while adhering to set budgets.
· Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of stock levels and financial transactions.
· Ensuring that all dining facilities comply with health regulations, cleanliness standards, and present a welcoming appearance.
· Regularly conferring with customers to gauge their satisfaction with meals and service and using this feedback to implement continuous improvement strategies.
· Selecting, training, and supervising both waitstaff and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
.Proven record of managing different difficult scenarios to fix customer issues and making a happy team at FOH and collaborating nicely with BOH.
· Overseeing reservations, warmly greeting guests, and assisting in taking orders when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar executive role.
