The Position
Barista all-rounder duties, with a good understanding of speciality coffee
Roster efficiently and meet labour cost target without compromising service
Supervise and lead fellow team members
Cash register reconciliation
Stock control
Food preparation skills –assembly and presentation of sandwiches
Customer feedback response
Adhering to the company food safety program
Working collaboratively with the Site Manager, Head Chef and the school to ensure the food offered is evolving with market trends
