Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced full-time Cafe Manager to join our team and lead the operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional service, fostering a welcoming environment, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the cafe.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of cafe and restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
• Develop and maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and safety.
• Recruit, train, and manage cafe staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
• Arrange the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget.
• Create and implement marketing strategies and organize activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Maintain records of stock levels and company's daily transactions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Cafe Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• A genuine passion for creating memorable experiences for customers, particularly families and children.
