SalaryWe are looking to immediately fill a permanent full-Time Position for a Restaurant Manager in our busy restaurant at Albion, MuVino Cafe & Wine Bar.
The duties you will be expected to complete in this position include but are not limited to:
- Ensure customer satisfaction & experience
- Ensure the profitable and safe operation of the restaurant
- Work together with our kitchen staff to help create innovative menus that will work well within our restaurant including daily & weekly specials and customer incentives
- Having consideration for our budgets/targets
- Being responsible for the purchase of required items
- Being responsible for the planning and smooth running of events and functions
- Carefully monitor our stock levels and maintain detailed records of stock movement
- Account for all financial transactions and reconcile figures daily
- Always ensure that health and safety regulations are met
- Being responsible for the restaurant's overall appearance and also functionality
- Creating a personal rapport with our customers and strive to exceed their expectations
- Selecting and training new staff
- Managing and supervising floor and kitchen staff to ensure our service is always as desired
We require the following:
· Possess at least two years’ experience in a similar role
- Possess at least two years' experience in a similar role
- Be consistent and able to work well in a team
- Be able to work in a busy restaurant always delivering top-notch service

- Work visa can be provided for this role
- Expected start date for role: 23 April 2024
- Expected salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
