Here at Mörk Chocolate we are looking to build our amazing venue teams for an exciting year ahead.
With the growth of Mörk Chocolate across our channels and the opening of new venues, we are recruiting for Front of House Supervisors looking to make the next step in their career.
You will work with products made from the highest quality ingredients in well equipped, beautifully designed Melbourne venues.
Currently operating across three venues, we are looking a passionate venue supervisor to lead team members and support the growth and our talented team, bringing knowledge and attention to detail, whilst providing an amazing guest experience.
We are interested in professionals who are looking for growth, development and longevity in their work.
You will:
- A strong focus on providing and delivering an excellent customer experience within our venues; through dine in and/or takeaway format.
- Strong desire to engage and form relationships with our guests. We have a large regular customer base, but also have many people visiting us for the first time.
- Build an in-depth knowledge of our product range and offerings in order to make recommendations to our guests; this is key to success and achieving an amazing customer experience.
- The ability to lead by example with the demonstrated ability to coach and develop the team around you, providing relevant feedback when and where required.
- Ensure the quality and presentation of all menu items is up to the high standards set and demonstrated by the business at all times.
- Opening and closing procedures, as well as end of day reporting and ordering
About you:
- Minimum one year experience in a similar role
- Have a positive and solutions-based approach.
- Passionate about specialty products and a thirst for knowledge.
- Have coffee knowledge & experience, speciality coffee a bonus.
- Demonstrated clear communication and time management skills.
- Motivated and an enthusiastic team player.
- Hold a valid Victorian RSA or be willing to achieve.
- Happy to work on a rotating roster, including weekends.
