Eureka Hospitality is seeking motivated, hospo'-loving Cafe Supervisor, focusing on the day-to-day operations at our new venue, Northern Hub Community Centre, Norlane
This autonomous role offers a flexible roster, support from senior Management, security and the opportunity to grow into greater roles as we continue to grow.
The successful applicant will be bursting with personality and passion for the industry, takes pride in what they do, has the desire to be part of the growth of the Company and enjoys working with a team of like-minded individuals.
Duties for this role will include:
-Managing day-to-day service.- -Supervise, mentor, train staff in kitchen operations, food preparation and safe food handling techniques in accordance with health and hygiene regulations.
- -Ability to use coffee machine & make barista coffees.
- -Daily stock ordering and reconciliation of deliveries.
- -Populating weekly rosters for your venue.
- -Meeting weekly cost of goods & labour budget.
The successful applicant will have:
- -Valid food safety supervisor certificate (or willing to obtain one)
- -First Aid Level 2 Certificate (or willing to obtain one)
- -Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage time efficiently
- -High level of interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
- -Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- -Exposure to catering will also be keenly looked upon
