What We Offer:

• A competitive salary package up to $85,000 per annum, plus performance-based bonuses, with potential earnings exceeding $95,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upholding and enhancing our customer-focused service philosophy to ensure an unparalleled dining experience.
• Leading, training, and managing staff to maintain high standards of service, including effective coordination with the kitchen team.
• Overseeing business operations, including inventory management, financial oversight, and strategic planning.
• Contributing to our marketing efforts, helping to promote the restaurant and attract a broader customer base.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of management experience in the hospitality sector, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience with bar operations, showcasing a deep understanding of bar management and an ability to deliver exceptional beverage service.
• A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service, with a focus on building community and enhancing guest experiences.
• Experience in staff management and training, with a commitment to supporting team development and excellence in service.
• Availability for night shifts and weekends, reflecting a flexible and committed approach to the role.
