We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Supervisor to lead our morning floor team. As the Morning Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Café while providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for supervising the day to day activities of the café, supervising staff and maintaining high quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the café including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise café staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and adhere to the Sax policies
- Maintain high standards of customer service, presentation and hygiene
- Manage morning bookings in a professional manner - assigning tables and ensuring unconfirmed bookings are contacted
- Foster a positive work environment and lead by example
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Flexible availability
- Must have working rights in Australia
