AddressJude's Cafe & Wine Bar is looking for a passionate, organised and all-round cool person to head up our Front of House in our new venue!
Jude's is the first venue in Sydney by the Lorna Group, who own and operate 3 award winning cafes in Melbourne - Including ‘The Age Good Food Guide’s' - Cafe of the year (2023 - Lorna Cafe).
The venue is located within the cool & contemporary Veriu Hotel - Green Square. With only a minutes walk from the train station.
Initially opening as a cafe in the first few months, Jude's will continue to grow into a fun wine bar, dinner offering & room service.
We are looking for a energetic F&B Supervisor - who will be willing to step up into a Manager role as the business grows.
- 80 seat restaurant with liquor license
- Oversee Front of House staff including staff development & recruitment
- Future opportunities to grow within the company
- Stock and ordering control
- Implement and manage POS system
- Maintain cleanliness to the highest level
- Calm demeanor and super friendly
- Reporting to the Lorna Group Operations Manager
