- Small Italian busy cafe/restaurant located in Melbourne CBD location
- Knowledge of food & beverage
- Have Experienced as a Barista & Basic Cocktails
- Motivate & rostering junior staff
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Availability: Tuesday-Sunday & public holidays
- 2 Nights a week is a must Friday & Saturday
