Front-Of-House/ Supervisor/ Cafe All Rounder

We are searching for driven industry individuals to join our front of house team at Operator San Melbourne with opportunities available for Floor Supervisors, section waiters, and Cafe All Rounders with relevant experience. Work within a diverse, supportive team who share a commitment to quality in food, beverage and service.
About us:
The Operator Group is an established hospitality group with a long-standing history in the industry. We are launching a new venue- Operator San within the Melbourne CBD in Mar 2024.
Operator San is a new, Japanese inspired brunch Cafe in the heart of Melbourne CBD. With years of experience in the Cafe / Brunch Industry, we aim to bring about new exciting cuisines and flavours to the hospitality industry. 
What you'll bring:
The ability to deliver a high standard of service and professionalism on a day-to-day basis
Previous experience in a high quality, fast-paced restaurant environment
Full time availability
Reliable and organised, you’ll be an integral member of the venue's team, ready to lend wherever needed
A passion for food,coffee and genuine hospitality 
An eye for detail and a hunger for knowledge
You love the thrill of a busy Cafe and want to create remarkable experiences for customers.
