Cakes By Judyc is a small Boutique Bakery in the heart of Ashgrove & close to the Brisbane CBD. Established for 16 years, our retail store opens 6 days a week serving Wolff Coffee, with a cake cabinet that is filled with our delicious cupcakes & delightful treats daily . A new range of savoury is on offer. Specializing in Custom Cakes for all special occasions and Weddings, we are in high demand we our beautiful creations . We also do a range of products that are wholesaled to other Cafes in Brisbane's CBD & suburbs.
Qualifications & experience
- Skilled and passionate baker
- piping skills, 100% required
- able to work quickly & efficiently once you understand our product & style
- also willing to look at apprentice with passion and flair
Tasks & responsibilities
- Production Baking of cookies, brownies & specialty cakes and other products on our menu
- Decorating cakes & cupcakes for retail & Special orders to standard
- Able to follow recipes 100%
- work clean daily
- Communication within the kitchen with other chefs
- able to start at 5am 2-3 mornings a week
- able to work in a small team
