The role:
- Business to customer sales calls (no cold calling).
- Customer relations management and client liaison.
- Data entry.
- The role requires the ability to quickly grasp new information, learn about various products and services, and navigate multiple Customer Relation Management systems efficiently.
What we are looking for:
- Energetic/bubbly personality.
- Experience working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and a result-focused mindset.
- An eye for detail; ensuring accuracy and precision in customer interactions and administrative tasks.
- Customer-orientated and solutions-focused; business to customer relations are paramount.
- Ability to learn fast and multitask while navigating multiple systems/platforms.
Experience in the Energy and Telecom sales industry and/or sales is highly desirable for this role.
