The roleCrown is the ultimate destination for luxury, with our three established brands Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade offering unique experiences for all guests.We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the
Guest Services team.In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Being part of a large, fast paced, Call Centre environment
- Processing a high volume of guest enquiries via phone and email
- Being able to respond to a vast array of Crown related enquiries
About youYou'll bring the following:
- Experience in a Call Centre environment, hotels or administration
- Strong computer literacy skills and confidence in learning new systems efficiently
- Polished, clear communication with excellent telephone manner
Additional InformationThis role requires:- Ability to work a rotational roster 7 days a week between the hours of 6am and midnight
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills and the ability to work under pressure
- A strong focus on team work and collaboration
Commencement date for the position will be on the 6 May 2024.
