Motorama is seeking a full time Call Centre Consultant to join our passionate and professional team. This role will work closely with our Moorooka based MG and Ford service teams supporting them with incoming calls and making pre and post visit calls to their customers.

Essential attributes:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience in an inbound and outbound Call Centre
- Excellent communication skills, particularly via telephone
- Enthusiastic and motivated personality
- Must be a team player who can also work autonomously
- Ability to deal with varied personalities and responses on telephone; ability to overcome objections
- Be willing to provide consistent, accurate and outstanding service to customers; must be able to remain calm and focused when dealing with angry or dissatisfied customers
- Make calls in a positive, cheerful and helpful manner
