In this role, you will engage in a dynamic blend of tasks aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. While the role primarily involves communication and coordination, there are physical aspects that require mobility and hands-on involvement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring campaign repairs and services are completed promptly and accurately, which may involve physical inspections of vehicles or parts
- Provide high levels of admin support to the Recall Department & its customers
- Liaise with suppliers & internal Departments to ensure repairs are undertaken efficiently & within quoted costs and technical guidelines
- Deliver pleasant and efficient service by phone, email, and internet chat whilst meeting and exceeding customer expectations
About you

- Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability to handle customer expectations & conflict
- Intermediate to advanced computer and keyboard skills (esp. Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
- Experience in product or component manufacture, assembly or related fields
- Excellent organisational skills and time management
Previous experience in a Service Receptionist, Aftersales, Service Coordinator or Recall role in an automotive dealership or experience with Caravans and Motorhomes would be amazing but is not mandatory.
