About the role
Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced Call Centre Manager to join our Brisbane Central Bookings team in Southbank. The Brisbane Central Bookings team is responsible for making appointments for our patients across over 50 practices. This role is for someone with a strong focus on people leadership, who is able to oversee a large team of up to 30 booking officers. The role is based in South Bank precinct, which is easily accessed via public transport services; train and bus stations. Applicants for this role will have a strong background in Call Centre Management, with relevant experience in a healthcare company preferred.
