AddressMotorama is seeking inbound and outbound Call Centre Consultants to join our passionate and professional team on a full-time basis.
Candidates for this role will be the first point of contact for our clients’ customers, and are responsible for high quality and efficient customer service on our clients’ behalf.

Essential attributes:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience in an inbound and outbound Call Centre
- Excellent communication skills, particularly via telephone
- Enthusiastic and motivated personality
- Must be a team player who can also work autonomously
- Ability to deal with varied personalities and responses on telephone; ability to overcome objections
- Be willing to provide consistent, accurate and outstanding service to customers; must be able to remain calm and focused when dealing with angry or dissatisfied customers
- Make calls in a positive, cheerful and helpful manner
- Able to complete call campaigns within the required time frame
