SalaryWe are in search of a Customer Service superstar to become part of our On Road Assist Team.
About the Role:
As a member of our team, you will be the friendly voice at the end of the line, ready to assist guests during their road trips. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing assistance to guests and collaborating with other departments to address vehicle-related issues.
- Skillfully negotiating to ensure the best possible guest experience while also meeting business requirements.
- Keeping track of incidents and ensuring guests are well-informed about solutions and repair progress.
- Minimizing vehicle repair time.
- Ensuring repairs adhere to standard repair practices.
We don't just offer motorhome holidays; we create memorable experiences that last a lifetime!
It's a permanent full-time role, with approximately 38 hours per week, plus some additional hours on a ten-day per fortnight roster.
About You:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experiences:
- Call center experience is highly regarded.
- You are dedicated to delivering exceptional Customer Service and go the extra mile.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an empathetic communication style.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective time management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and the capacity to stay composed under pressure.
- Comfortable with following processes and procedures.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- While not essential, having an understanding of automotive matters or mechanical aptitude would be beneficial.
- A friendly and positive attitude.
- Bonus points if you have a passion for road trips!
- Proficiency in a second language, such as French, Chinese, or German, will be highly regarded.
