- Handle all client’s enquiries efficiently, and in a professional manner
- Receive inbound calls from clients providing exceptional Customer Service
- Monitor and coordinate service calls for any faults or disruptions
- Input and update all data from service calls and field technicians into an online application
- Handle various administrative tasks
- Previous experience within Customer Service (experience in emergency response procedures is desirable)
- Great communication skills and an ambition to provide the best Customer Service possible!
- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
- Strong attention to detail and results driven
- Ability to operate in a high paced call centre environment
- Full working rights in Australia
