A Day In The Life
- Email Management
- Data Entry / Administration
- Taking inbound calls in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Manage the escalation process and flag to the correct area
- Updating policy holder details
- Providing high levels of customer service in a fast paced Call Centre environment
Your Background, Skills And Experience
- Proven success in a Call Centre | Customer Service role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Access
- Understanding of Insurance, Super or Financial services will be highly regarded
- High attention to detail
- You will be provided with a Lap top and headset
