Wilco Motors is a family-run automotive repair workshop based in Salisbury. We are a workshop that has built a great reputation for the quality of our work and the customer service we provide. We have recently moved into a brand new, purpose built workshop and are on the hunt for an experienced service advisor to join our team.
What the position entails:
- Being the main point of contact for all customer enquiries for the business;
- Scheduling servicing and repair requests;
- Estimating repairs and liaising with customers in relation to any work required on their vehicles;
- Ordering parts;
- Completing invoices;
- Managing workshop stock levels.

What we need from you:
- Previous experience as an automotive service advisor;
- Experience in parts interpreting;
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and develop strong customer relationships.
