ECMS’ philosophy is simple; We foster lifelong learning. As a result, we have been operating for over 27 years and are one of Victoria’s largest Early Years Managers – through 68 Kindergartens and Early Learning and Care Centres, ECMS impacts the lives of 5,5000 Victorian children. 

We are seeking 4 enthusiastic Break Cover Diploma Educators to join the team across multiple ECMS Brimbak services. This is a great opportunity for those who are after part-time, school-friendly hours role that is close to home!

• Position 1: Kings Park Kindergarten and Taylors Lakes Kindergarten- Monday- Thursday 11am-1pm- one service per day 
• Position 2: Remus way Preschool Monday- Friday 10:30 am-2:30pm
• Position 3: Keilor Park Preschool - Monday & Thursday and Fridays (8 hours per week)

What will you do?

• Partner with your team to provide an appropriate developmental and enriching program for children which maximises opportunities for them to develop to their full potential
• Build trust with the families by respecting diversity and connecting to individual cultural needs. You will work in partnership with parents and encourage their involvement in the program
• Contribute to a child safe environment ensuring standards are met on a daily basis

You will need ...

• A Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification. Students are encouraged to apply 
• Current Working with Children’s Check and National Police Check
• Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate, Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
• Have a sound knowledge of and experience with implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Child Safety Standards
