People & Culture Business Partner with Ashurst, you'll play a key role in shaping our employee experience and driving key
People & Culture initiatives, with a focus on building leadership capability, culture development, developing and retaining talent and wellbeing. This role reports to our Senior
People & Culture Business Partner supporting the Finance, Disputes & Advisory practices and you will also provide support to the Sydney based Operations teams.Your previous experience working in a flexible and agile manner providing support and advice to partners, business leaders and employees on a broad range of people related enquiries, initiatives and activities spanning the employee lifecycle will set you up for success in this role.More information about the opportunity and core responsibilities can be found in the job description attached to the role on our careers site.
About you:The successful candidate will have;- Broad generalist Human Resources exposure, ideally with experience in the legal/professional services industries and relevant HR qualifications
- Demonstrated experience and skills in an HR Business Partner capacity, with a strong knowledge of contemporary people practices
- Ability to build and maintain working relationships across the firm, with demonstrated confidence in dealing with stakeholders at all levels
- Critical thinker, balancing the big picture with a strong attention to detail
- Approachable style with a high level of energy, enthusiasm and a curiosity to learn and grow
