About the Role
Being one of the first impressions our guests have of the Imagine brand, we are looking for Team Members who take pride in providing guests with high quality service throughout their entire stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Main duties include - but are not limited to the below:
- Check in / Check out
- Guest enquiries
- Reservations
- Banking/Cashiering
- Maintaining guest records
- Liaising with other departments as to guest requests
- and much more as your skills progress
What you will bring to the role:
- A willingness to learn in a fast paced role or learn an exciting new role
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Professional telephone manner
- A friendly and positive attitude; we are wanting those who go the extra mile to give great guest experiences.
- Excellent grooming and presentation standards
- Excellent work/life balance -with a 7-day rotating roster between 6am and 11pm, including weekends and public holidays.
