We are on the hunt for enthusiastic Male Support Workers for a Client in Maleny.
Our Client is a young man who loves to get outdoors and explore, and like most teenagers he also enjoys online gaming. He needs someone who can help him find some balance between the two and who can help him develop a good morning routine.
Shift times will be 8:00am-10:00am on Tuesday's and Fridays. You will need your own car with comprehensive insurance.
We are looking for Disability Support Workers who are enthusiastic, committed and can build rapport.

Your key responsibilities & accountabilities…
To deliver high quality support to our Clients in the capacity they require, the exact way they would like it delivered.
Communicate effectively and collaborate for our Clients' needs with our Clients, team & Support Specialist
Understand, follow instructions, and be responsive to our Clients needs.
Provide support to our Clients as required.
Have good rapport building skills and a gentle, encouraging manner.
Be reliable and flexible to fill shifts when required.
Have an interest in building a respectful relationship with our Clients.
To support our Clients to achieve their NDIS Goals.
To be Successful you must…
Resonate with the role description above.
Hold CPR and first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain).
Hold NDIS worker screening (or willingness to obtain).
Hold or be willing to obtain a blue card.
Hold Certificate III in disability or related fields (or willingness to obtain- preferred).
Have evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia.
Have a genuine desire to positively change people's lives.
