SALARY: $1,201.59 - 1,376.71 pw + Super

A great opportunity to join this busy and supportive Waste and City Presentation Team. This position will provide technical support to the team to deliver a healthy and urban natural environment. Daily challenges will see you resolving service issues, completing waste related projects and providing waste specific advice and assisting in the strategic mapping and planning of the branch.

Essential:
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in office administration
- High level experience in current Microsoft applications and specialised system
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working in an operational team and environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly developed time management skills
- Demonstrated customer service focus
Desirable:
- Experience in local government
- Knowledge and experience in waste services
To meet Council's WHS requirements and in accordance with Council's Covid-19 Safety Plans, this position has been identified via risk assessment to be required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or provide evidence of an approved medical contraindication. If a medical contraindication certificate is provided, it will be assessed against a risk assessment and the decision of whether Council accepts the medical contraindication certificate, will be based on operational needs.
