An established Government Department is looking for an experienced Senior Business Support Officerto join a supportive team based in Sydney! You will be responsible for providing business specific administration support. The successful Senior Business Support Officer will be offered an initial 12-month contract with view to extend.
The successful Senior Business Support Officer will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Assist with Finance and Operational administration
- Support end-to-end financial services
- Supervise, support and assist the Business Support assistance in completion of their duties
The successful Senior Business Support Officer must have experience in the following
- Experience in document management and project documentation systems including SAP, Adobe, Nuance and Ignite A1S
- Experience in organising travel, briefing notes and document compilation
- Prioritising of completing internal and external work demands with defined timeframes
