The Business Operations Manager will be a senior role responsible for all operational functions of within the licensee business. Process and operational efficiency, project management and execution will be the core tenants of this role. The postion will have responsibility for all operational matters and act as the key point of contact for our Financial Planning practices in this area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsibility for the business operating environment, policies and processes and documentation of such
- Responsibility for organisational record management and control. Responsible for centralized control and any amendments to all standard documents and templates, with a recorded history of version control
- Responsible for the site administration of Dealer Group CRM and control of group databases.
- Project management. Construct a program office and monitor the development and execution of group approved projects. Provide a reporting and accountability framework.
- Manage the adviser onboarding and offboarding process. Coordination of functional responsibilities to manage all aspects of the onboarding process and resources. This includes responsibility for building and maintaining Induction Process and coordinating inductions for new practices/advisers/support staff
- Assist the Advice Team with the Audit process. Coordination of scheduling of reviews and logistics for effective management of this process
- Monitor FDS/Opt in obligations, with escalation to the Head of Advice where these have not been met.
- Responsible for brokerage process, queries and adherence with Service Level Agreement
- Responsible for adviser operational enquiries.

- Relevant business degree or experien5+ years’ financial planning industry experience, RG 146 compliance (not essential
- Hands on management of day-to-day business responsibilities
- Work in a team effectively with limited supervision
- Strong understanding of Advice and Operational process, with the ability to build documented processes
- Problem solving skills, project management skills
- Superior Communication skills with multiple Stakeholders
