About us
We are a private Bush Camp on 80acres in the forrest and by the Murray river in Dwellingup that caters to the needs of schools, churches, youth groups, and other community-based groups, as well as family bookings, events, and weddings.
We also operate an outdoor abseiling and climbing tower, zipline and adventure course.
We are looking to appoint an Administration and Bookings Co-ordinator to be based at our West Perth Office.
Qualifications & experience
- You have a strong background in Administration and are very organised.
- Experience in education or training, in safety and compliance.
- Supervisory skills and safety-minded approach.
- Clear, confident, and warm verbal communicator, with an approachable and welcoming personality.
Tasks & responsibilities
- You will provide overall office Administration and support to the role of bookings with schools, functions and co-ordination of these groups.
- You will maintain the Camp booking software and run all group/school bookings through it.
- Answer new enquiries and quote for all bookings.
- Responsible for maintaining booking workflows, and co-ordinating with groups/functions.
- Liasing with third party providers and stakeholders that attend and assist at group bookings/functions.
- Maintain and build relationships with team onsite at the Bush Camp.
- Report to Camp Directors on a regular basis.
- Occasional travel to Dwellingup to visit the campsite may be required
