Full-Time Position, Accomodation Available. 

Located in Harrietville, Victoria at the base of Mt Hotham, Feathertop Chalet provides schools, families and community organisations with accommodation,  and a variety of fun and challenging outdoor activity programs. We are currently seeking a motivated and multi skilled individual to join our team. 

The role comprises of providing tasty and nutritional meals for school camps and other programs. The position will work collaboratively with management and other Feathertop Chalet staff as well as outside service providers.

An exciting vacancy currently exists for a cook or chef with:

• Experience in bulk cookery, ordering and food safety supervision.
• Handle cooking for groups sizes up to 250 people
• Certificate in Safe Food Handling.
• Ability to plan and order food requirements
• Ability to prioritise work, multi task and use time well.
• Ability to communicate effectively with young people, families and educators.
• Interest in working in the camps field.
• Ability to accept other kitchen tasks when needed (dishes, cleaning) 
• Willingness to undertake Feathertop Chalet child protection screening including obtaining; Current Working with Children's Check, Current National Police Check
