As a member of the Brand and Digital Integration Project team, you will work under the guidance and direction of the Campaigns Leader as you coordinate all marketing collateral changes across digital, print, and third-party vendors in readiness for the launch of our new brand.
Your role will play a critical part in ensuring that deadlines are met and that a project timeline is managed.
You will:
- Coordinate, develop and deliver all new brand collateral material
- Manage all brochureware updates including briefing of changes, coordination of approvals from stakeholders, printing, version control, communication of changes to relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with the website team, project group members, and suppliers to implement brand changes as directed by the Project Manager
- Collating all costs associated with the project.
- Ensuring all changes to collateral are managed and coordinated efficiently
About you
You may be well experienced in a Brand & Marketing Coordination role OR wish to further develop your broader administration or coordination experience to begin specialising in the Brand and Marketing field. In either case, you will be capable of working in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment and be known for your ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
We also seek:
- Some demonstrated experience liaising with website teams, printers, in-house
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience maintaining a project budget
- Experience working with corporate documentation systems
- Some understanding of brochureware, document or knowledge management practices
- An understanding of regulatory requirements for marketing material
- Demonstrated ability to influence others and reach effective outcomes
