About the role 
  
The Campaigns and Events team delivers National and State Peer to Peer Campaigns, Third Party Beneficiaries, Fundraising events, Community Fundraising, and Community Engagement across Queensland.
This role will provide effective and efficient administrative support and team coordination to the Campaigns & Events team to assist with the delivery of our key campaigns throughout the year.
  
This role is a Permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week).    
  
About you  
   
To be successful in this role you will have experience in administration and fundraising, and enjoy working in a fast paced, fluid environment, supporting coordination of our fundraising campaigns to achieve our revenue & engagement targets.
  
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills 
 
Essential Skills:   
  • Certificate III or IV in Office Administration (or equivalent experience)
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office 365, Customer Relationship Management systems, project management systems, P&L trackers, and data analysis systems (such as PowerBI)
  • You hold a current driver licence and are willing to undertake a satisfactory Police Check
  • Results-driven but people-focused – always
  • Demonstrated sound experience in the provision of administrative support services
  • Demonstrated experience in data entry
  • Demonstrated experience in financial administrative procedures, including accounts payable
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems/programs (essential).
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to change
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal
  • Demonstrated excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to negotiate, liaise and consult with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Utilise your professionalism, confidentiality and finely-honed customer service skills when providing support to our customers
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment  
Desirable Skills:   
  • Experience in a Not for Profit/Charity and/or fundraising
  • Experience supporting a sales or revenue generation team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment is essential
