About the role:
As a Campaign Coordinator, you will be responsible for building and developing campaigns for Priceline's Sister Club Loyalty Program. You will work closely with campaign leads to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across various customer channels, including email, SMS, and Web Push.
Leveraging our Marketing Automation platform, you will recommend campaign segmentation and audiences, implement A/B tests, and explore campaign personalisation opportunities to drive increased revenue and deliver a tailored customer experience.
In addition, you will provide insights on campaign performance and implement strategies to improve engagement and conversion for future campaigns.
What you'll bring:
- 1-2 years of experience in CRM, Digital Marketing, and Email Campaign Coordination, preferably within Retail or Health industries.
- Proven ability to develop and execute targeted CRM campaigns across multiple channels, including Email, SMS, and Web/Push Notifications.
- Experience building campaigns in Marketing Automation platforms, such as Braze.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exposure to A/B Testing, customer segmentation, and Personalization techniques highly regarded.
- Excellent commercial acumen, with the ability to make data-driven recommendations for improvements and changes.
- Passion for customer engagement and delivering an enhanced omnichannel customer experience.
