Based in Melbourne, we are seeking a data-driven Marketing Campaign Coordinator with a flair for creative campaign planning to help execute our B2C acquisition and customer retention campaigns, to help achieve our ambitious growth objectives.
As the Campaign Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day organisation and delivery of campaign and marketing initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in bringing our campaigns to life across all channels, including but not limited to TV, OOH, radio, social, online video, email and SMS. You will help ensure the right messages are presented in the right way at the right time, and will have the opportunity to help shape and develop creative and content that supports the implementation of these campaigns.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Manage day-to-day acquisition campaigns, including briefing, implementing and reporting on campaign performance;
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time and to a high standard, including conducting campaign QA and managing advertising schedules;
- Briefing and managing development of creative and content as required;
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to manage budget;
- Work with the Digital Marketing Lead to ensure alignment with digital campaigns;
- Work with the Customer Lifecycle Manager to support the planning and implementation of internal customer referral campaigns to drive new customer acquisition and boost retention;
- Support implementation of campaigns that reduce customer churn;
- Briefing and managing development of creative and content as required;
- Planning, briefing and developing written and visual content to support ATL, Digital and internal customer campaigns such as videos, blog articles and native content; and
- Briefing and supporting the optimisation of digital journeys to achieve campaign KPIs, such as landing pages and conversion paths.
What you'll bring
- Demonstrated end-to-end marketing campaign experience, including a strong understanding of agency briefing, media strategy, campaign launch process, managing campaign budget and monitoring/reporting;
- Experience working with agency partners and sustaining effective working relationships through excellent interpersonal skills;
- Strong organisational skills, using a detail-oriented, data-driven and process-driven approach;
- Understanding of best practices for content production related to digital, website and SEO;
- Adobe Photoshop and InDesign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience desirable, but not essential; and
- Passion for driving customer impact, contributing to team success and continuous learning.
