Eleanor Clinic is an inclusive GP Clinic in Footscray, with a passionate team and a positive work environment. We are a private billing clinic who welcome patients from all walks of life. Our reception and administration team pride themselves on their professionalism and knowledge, as well as their empathetic, personable, and friendly demeanours.
We are open Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm, with extended hours until 7pm on Wednesdays. As our clinic is growing, there is potential for further after-hours work post 5pm weekdays and on Saturdays (rotating).
You will be working in a dynamic and welcoming team, supporting 3-5 doctors and 1-2 nurses each shift. This role is a combination of patient facing and administration based work. The position currently offers 10-15 hours per week across 2-3 shifts, with flexibility to increase these hours as is required for leave or colleague illness.
What we’re looking for!
- Someone with experience in a medical reception/administration role
- Someone who is familiar with technology (in general) and medical reception based software (more specifically, knowledge of Best Practice will be highly regarded)
- Someone enthusiastic about providing top notch customer service
- Someone who is proactive and has good critical thinking skills
- Someone who is available on Monday, Thursday & Fridays
