What’s the opportunity?
An opportunity has arisen for a National Sales Manager to join the team.
As a National Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in challenging and driving the design and achievements of strategic sales plans appropriate to achieve strategic goals and business targets in keeping with the vision and purpose.
Reporting into the General Manager, your duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Develop Sales Plans that enable Subaru to exceed stakeholders’ expectations
- Management of performance, ensuring accountability of all levels
- Identify and develop, then execute plan to maximise sales potential, particularly non-traditional approaches
- Develop key stakeholder relationship
About you
To be successful in the role, you will:
- Have experience in a similar role
- Have management experience in a fast paced environment
- Have experience in sales management
- Have experience developing and implementing sales strategies
- Have the ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing sales teams
- Have strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have a results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
