Role Overview

Work closely with the Marketing Manager, CRM to determine the optimal marketing campaign mix through channel performance tracking and reporting for continuous improvement.

The Campaign Specialist, CRM will act as a Microsoft platform custodian. This will include understanding system functions and driving the use of what CRM delivers e.g. campaign automation, campaign templates and having a keen understanding of customer data and client segmentation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the end-to-end deployment process for email communications, from briefing data selections and internal creative teams, to building, proofing and scheduling sends.
• Test and learn wherever possible, understanding and using the data to optimise the impact of all campaigns.
• Optimise all CRM campaigns to significantly deepen relationships with customers through increasingly personalised communication and notifications.
• Responsible for a diverse range of customer continuity and retention campaigns and initiatives from end to end. This includes idea generation and exploration, preparing and presenting proposals, overseeing the creative and production processes, implementation and results monitoring

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's in marketing, Communications or Commerce (desired).
• Skills in direct marketing, lead generation and CRM strategy
• Experience using an email marketing platform (e.g. MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Mail Chimp) with ideally advanced working knowledge of MS Dynamics.
• Curious mindset with an affinity to work with large datasets.
• Excellent reporting and analytics skills, the ability to manipulate data in Excel.
