About the role
Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD) is re-energising our commitment to recruitment and retention of critical clinical positions in our workforce.
The Candidate Experience Officer (CXO) is responsible for creating a positive experience for those candidates through all stages of attraction, recruitment and onboarding during their recruitment to the NNSWLHD team.
Working closely with prospects, candidates, applicants, employees, key business stakeholders, recruitment staff and agencies, third parties, including the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and local organisations to help ensure that that candidates and their families have a positive experience through our recruiting and on-boarding processes, and in orientating them and settling them into their new workplaces and communities.
Providing an integral addition to recruiting activities, directly contributing to building strong candidate relationships and often providing candidates with their first impression of the NNSWLHD. Undertaking a vital part in helping guide candidates for identified critical clinical positions through the recruiting process to enhance and improve our staff recruitment and retention.
