About the Role:
As a Pure Source Candidate Manager, you will work closely with the Consultants to assist in managing the complete end-to-end recruitment process. In addition to this, your key focus will be to build and nurture relationships with our candidates. You will work collaboratively within our team to achieve the outcomes that contribute to your individual growth and success, as well as that of the team and the business as well.
Key Duties:
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates through various channels, including our inhouse records, industry apps and online resources, social media and job boards, and networking activities
- Arrange for skills assessments, immigration checks, background/criminal checks, and other compliance checks to be issued as required
- Monitor and manage job applications, conduct screening and assessment calls, and schedule candidate interviews
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates to grow your understanding of their business operations and staffing needs
- Managing candidate networks, maintaining activity and progress updates with them
- Maintain regular contact schedules with active and potential candidates for updates regarding their work situation and availability
- Develop an understanding of the best practice principles for using LinkedIn Recruiter and then applying them
- Create weekly content to post to the LinkedIn Company page
- Provide adhoc support to Consultants as required
- The ability to work proactively and yet still be highly adaptable to manage the shift in day to day priorities
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with all candidates, providing a level of service that is second to none
- Results-oriented mindset with the understanding required for doing the right things for results
- Ability to work in a responsive manner, managing multiple priorities and short timelines
