Cannon Gold Project Caretaker

Horizon Minerals Ltd is seeking aCannon Gold Project Caretaker for immediate start for approximately three months whilst the Cannon open pit dewatering project is operating.

You are required to provide your own caravan, four-wheel drive light vehicle, fuel, and food seven (7) days a week whilst residing onsite at the Cannon Gold Project. You will receive a fortnightly renumeration and be reimbursed for the cost of fuel.

Daily (24) hourly pipeline checks, record keeping and reporting pipeline faults in a timely manner is essential.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

Ensuring that the following Works Approval conditions are adhered to:

• Pipelines must have telemetry with automated shutoff and positioned inside bund with volume to capture max volume between inspections (24 hours) (Caretaker to determine why shutdown occurred (i.e. leak) and determine area and report to Horizon Minerals Ltd).
• Daily visual inspections (during active dewatering) to ensure visual integrity of pipelines, bunds, secondary containments, leak detection system and tanks (if in use).
• A written log is required to be maintained for each inspection, with the record of each inspection signed by the responsible person.
• Must report any release of water from pipeline leakage to the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation within one (1) business day (Caretaker to report immediately to Horizon Minerals Ltd).
• Record Keeping
• Log of inspections of dewatering pipeline, pipeline anchors, [daily] and pipeline bunding, telemetry [weekly] and storage dam/tanks [daily if in use].
• Comply with company policies on:
• Security and confidentiality of company information.
• Ethical standards.
• Trading in company securities.
• Workplace conduct.
