We are looking for a motivated and natural leader to join this market leading Commercial Real Estate firm on a contracted consultancy basis. Our expertise lies in the depth and strength of our team and and we require a dynamic Human Resource Consultant to join our growing and evolving Company.

Key points of the role:
This is a key consultancy role for a period of 12 months:
- Commencement June/July 2024
- Part time (4 days per week or equivalent hours)
- Direct report to Executive Team & Managing Director
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide recommendations and implement solutions on resourcing needs, recruitment market trends and candidate selection
- Implement best practice staff training and development plans
- Provide outstanding team building practices
- Review and improve current employment contracts in line with all relevant legislation.
- Co-ordinate regular performance reviews aligned with KPI's for team members both in head office and at our on-site locations
- Support a culture and environment that enables our team to have a rewarding and enriching experience
- End-to-end talent acquisition, including co-ordination of advertising, direct networking with potential candidates, managing recruitment agencies, organizing interviews, liaising with Department managers, finalising appointments and onboarding
- Ability to promote the Company values of integrity, respect and excellence
The ideal candidate will have experience and skills as follows:
- University qualified in Human Resources or 5+ years in related field
- Experience in Office Management or as a high performance HR manager/consultant in a competitive industry environment
- Effective communication with Department Managers in understanding business needs
- Be people oriented with desire to obtain the best from the team
- Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude
- Sense of accountability and responsibility
- Well-presented and well-spoken
- Pro-active with a “roll your sleeves up” attitude
